Aaron his been graftin awa tae feenish his bonnie illustrations o JM Caie's popular poem 'The Puddock'.  It's a fauvrit o oors here at Doric Books cause we baith learnt it at e skweel.  An puckles o bairns are aye learnin it still.

For them aat disnae ken, 'The Puddock' is aboot a bigsie wee cratur aat fair thinks he's Airchie!  Bit it turns oot he's mebbe nae jist as gran as he thocht.

'The Puddock' is ready tae loup ontae e page bit we hinna got e siller tae tak it tae e printer.  Sae, we've set up a Kickstarter page tae try tae gather eneuch tae get iss braw buik ontae e shelves.  It'll ging live on Monday 16th July.

Aaron has been working hard to finish his attractive illustrations of JM Caie's popular poem 'The Puddock'.  It's a favourite of ours here at Doric Books cause we both learned it at the school.  And many children are learning it still. 

For those who do not know, 'The Puddock' is about a boastful little frog who thinks he’s the bee’s knees!   But it turns out that he's maybe not quite as grand as he thought. 

'The Puddock' is ready to leap into print but we don’t have the money to take it to the printer.  So, we're going to set up a Kickstarter page to try to gather enough to get this fine book onto the shelves. It will go live on Monday 16th July.
